About the Event

You may have heard of the term "imposter syndrome" floating around the interwebs lately, but what is it exactly?

Simply put, it's a new term for an age-old problem that's prevalent among underprivileged groups, particularly women and people of color. It shows up as people-pleasing, downplaying your skills, being overly critical, and overcompensating. We believe that a sustainable solution requires more than 'fake it til you make it' confidence.  We start by looking inward while connecting with others who are committed to transformational change.

In this workshop, we will cover:

  1. What imposter syndrome means for you.
  2. Explore where imposter syndrome originated in our past.
  3. Reframe our old beliefs and create new ones.

You can expect an honest conversation in a safe and compassionate space where you can connect with like-minded women. The success of this workshop relies on your active participation; there will be small group conversations so plan to have your video turned on and find a place with minimal distraction. Please register if you know you can commit to the full duration of the workshop. Thank you.
